Newsletter
The EBA publishes a quarterly newsletter. This newsletter is mailed to all members and prospective members of the Elmwood Business Association's database with approximately 1,000 recipients. Annual reservations for the newsletter are taken in January of each year. However, if you would like to get involved mid-year or reserve a spot for next year, please contact Lisa George

Online Advertising
The EBA offers two ways to expand your online presence. For the very best exposure, your business or message with a corresponding link to your website can be featured in the rotating banner on the front page of our website. This space is limited so reserve your spot now!
The other online advertising option is to be a featured property within the member to member discount portal. For this option, your business can offer discounts to other members of the association. This advertising option is a FREE BENEFIT for you as an EBA member.

Direct Mail
Sending out a mailer soon and need addresses? The EBA offers preprinted labels. There are two lists available to you. One set includes the addresses for all members and the other set includes addresses for both members and prospective members (approximately 1,000). Both sets of labels are available for members and prospective member (slightly higher cost as illustrated below for prospective members).
Eblast
Include your ad or announcement on our monthly meeting Eblasts that go out. The EBA sends a minimum of two Eblasts for each meeting. There is only one advertiser on each Eblast so you would have exclusive exposure! Not only will your ad be on our Eblast, it will also be on our website with the announcement for the meeting! Content should include text and a maximum of one image and one link. Formatting will be provided by the EBA. Payment, content and images should be received no later than the 15th of the month prior.
Events
Get in person exposure through our event sponsorship program. With this marketing opportunity, you can distribute your flyer on every chair at an event of your choice. Additionally, a table will be provided to showcase your business. The host of the event will announce your business to the membership while raffling off your door prize.
